Party Deck is a party game. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, and no analytics. Everything you make in the app stays on your device.
Your custom decks, generated decks, and recent round scores are stored locally on your phone. They are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them.
When you tap "AI deck" and type a topic, that topic text is sent to our server, which asks an AI model to write a list of cards. The topic is not stored, is not tied to you or your device, and the resulting deck is saved only on your phone. The server keeps a short-lived, in-memory count of requests per network address to limit abuse; it is not written to disk.
The Forehead game reads the phone's tilt to detect "got it" and "pass" gestures. This happens entirely on the device and is not recorded.
Party Deck does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address.
